Heat treated product, vacuum packed, shock frozen. Store below -18°C. After thawing, do not refreeze.

We prepare the meat for the burger from beef neck, which is a juicy and tasty piece of meat. This type of meat is suitable for grilling because it has enough fat and fibers to give it flavor and juice.

Thawing method: microwave or in the refrigerator (after thawing, store in the refrigerator at 2-5 °C and use within 5 days).

This is a heat-treated product.
